Gift certificates can be purchased online or by calling us at 608-592-0600.

If you need a certificate in an amount other than those listed, please call or send us an email at SpringCreekRestaurant@gmail.com.

Certificates will be sent to your mailing address within 1 – 3 business days. The ‘To / From’ sections will be left blank unless otherwise specified.

If you want us to send your gift certificate directly to someone as a gift, please provide details in ‘add special instructions’ at the bottom of the payment screen. Please include: 1) the name and address of the person you would like it mailed to, and 2) To/From information and/or personalized message you would like us to include. We will send the certificate along with your message in a note card.
